Quarantine Training
Working out is as beneficial for our mental health as it is for our physical health. How many of us are suffering from cabin fever right now? How good does it feel to get un-stiff and lengthen your lower back?
Just because our daily routine has been up-ended doesn't mean that we can't move our ass.
Typically we meet in the gym. Since that is no longer possible during this pandemic, Metal Wellness is offering one-on-one live video training. Additionally, we are taking appointments in the park using proper social distancing protocol.
Live 1-on-1 workouts will be 30 min.
Outdoor sessions will be their usual 45 min.
The purpose of having a brief live session is to take a smaller bite of a workout, and hopefully do them more frequently during the week.
